Kickstart – Fundraising Assistant

 

The Fundraising Administrator is responsible for administration for the Income Generation function.

This includes responsibility of maintaining the fundraising database, eTapestry.

The Fundraising Administrator will be responsible for the monthly lottery, JCS 500 Club, including data entry, member renewals and recruitment of new members.

The Fundraising Administrator will handle daily donations including thank you letters and data entry to eTapestry, working in conjunction with the Senior Administrator.  Other duties will include the administration of regular donations received via Standing Order, JustGiving and other income streams.

The Fundraising Administrator will support the Fundraising and Communications Officer and Head of Income Generation to achieve departmental and organisational objectives as and when required including, event promotion, prize requests and attendance at fundraising events.
